Shipping

Shipping & delivery.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Within the EU and US, orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International shipping outside these regions is 7-12 business days via tracked courier.

Is shipping free?

Domestic and EU shipping is free on orders over $80 / €75. Below that, a flat $9 / €8 rate applies. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

How is glassware packed?

Each piece is double-wrapped in unbleached paper, nested in moulded pulp, and shipped in a corrugated outer carton with a fragile-handling label. We’ve shipped over 40,000 pieces — current breakage rate is under 0.8%.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking link is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Most couriers update tracking events twice daily.

Product Care

Care & longevity.

Are your pieces dishwasher-safe?

Yes — all drinkware and candle holders are borosilicate and dishwasher-stable on standard cycles. We recommend skipping pre-rinse temperatures above 75°C for the longest finish life.

How do I clean reed diffuser bottles?

Empty, rinse with warm soapy water, and let drain inverted overnight. Avoid scrubbing the sandblasted maker’s mark with abrasive sponges — soft cloth only.

Can I refill the oil lamps myself?

Yes. We recommend refined paraffin lamp oil (we ship one bottle with each lamp). Trim the cotton wick to 5mm before each lighting. Never overfill — leave a 2cm air gap at the top.

Will the gold rim fade over time?

Our gold and platinum rims are fired at 580°C and survive 1000+ dishwasher cycles in our lab testing. Hand-washing extends life further but is not required.

Returns & Replacements

Returns, made simple.

What's your return policy?

Unused, unopened pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email orders@vitradecoration.com for a prepaid return label.

What if something arrives broken?

We replace any piece that arrives damaged — no return required. Send a photo to orders@vitradecoration.com within 14 days and a replacement ships the same week.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, within 30 days. We cover return shipping on exchanges if the original piece is unused.

For designers & buyers.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. Interior designers, hospitality buyers, and architectural firms qualify for a trade account with tiered pricing. Email trade@vitradecoration.com with a brief portfolio link.

Minimum order quantity?

Wholesale MOQ is 24 pieces per SKU. Bespoke commissions start at 100 pieces with a 12-week lead time.
